Job Description:

• Provide personalized guidance to students and parents on admission procedures, course selection, and career pathways

• Conduct counselling sessions, interviews, and assessments to evaluate student suitability for various programs

• Develop and implement admission strategies to meet enrollment targets and promote the institution's brand

• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless admission processes

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, curriculum developments, and admission regulations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on admission requirements, procedures, and deadlines

• Evaluate student applications, transcripts, and supporting documents

• Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and presentations

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and community partners

• Meet admission targets and contribute to institutional growth

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases

Requirements:

• Any Graduation, Counselling, or related field

• Proven experience in admission counselling, relationship building in education, or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
