Admission Process

1. Enquiry

Parents or guardians can visit the school or contact us via phone or email to gather information about the school, its programs, and the admission process.

2. Purchase of Admission Form

Interested parents need to purchase the admission form from the school office. This form contains all the necessary details and instructions for the admission process.

3. Entrance Examination (if applicable)

For certain grades, an entrance examination may be required to assess the child’s academic readiness. This step is not applicable for Nursery admissions.

4. Meeting with the Principal

After the entrance examination, parents and the prospective student will have a meeting with the principal. This meeting helps us understand the child’s needs and expectations and provides an opportunity for parents to ask any questions.

5. Submission of Admission Form and Documents

Parents need to submit the completed admission form along with the required documents, such as the child’s birth certificate, report card, parent’s photo ID, medical fitness certificate, proof of residence, and transfer certificate (if applicable).

6. Payment of Fees

Once the admission form and documents are verified, parents will be required to pay the admission fees. This step confirms the child’s seat in the school.

7. Confirmation of Admission

After the payment of fees, the admission is confirmed. Parents will receive an official confirmation from the school, and the child can then start attending classes as per the schedule.

We look forward to welcoming your child to Gurukul High!
